It was not part of the PAL February, but it is a partnership BOB and as I have two others on the way (Tamara McKinley and David Foenkinos) to my box letter, I have no time to lose! 
that book again! I not dawdle about, is not it?! I do not know why I cling to for months, I do not like writing and the story is not so exciting ... I am not all that, but I will finish ... must see this as a little personal challenge!
