Less is more: focus on the essential fluidity

Leo Babauta is the leader of the movement "Less is more" or the art of ignoring the noise.

What you call noise is all that is superfluous. This is the approach those that mark their history because it is the path they take to master an art. For example, Bruce Lee is known to have studied the human body with the idea of eliminating unwanted movements and optimize the technique to increase his typing speed.

I love this philosophy because it is indicative of a mindset: one that is to make life simple. We all want a simple life, I would say that human beings are not meant to be a complicated life. From an anthropological perspective our lives are much more complicated than they should be. From a philosophical standpoint, the complexity has never been a source of happiness.

In all approaches to personal development it is a moment where we spend necessarily this stage, meaning that we question what we do and we want to avoid anything that is not beneficial in the achieving its objective.

Often the fact of making the minimum is interpreted as a desire for idleness but the message here is not that one. It is especially not to disperse and stay focused on our target, to what matters. Do not look at the finger when you watch the moon.

All areas of our lives are affected by this approach and when trying to do less, we must necessarily do better.

We're not going to eat pastries common every day but rather will in a large pastry from time to time. We will no longer manage multiple areas of our lives because they do not need. We will not keep all his friends but we'll keep the ones that count. We will no longer do business with all customers because some are not worth the peine.L elimination is the key to quality. When increasing our demand, we reduced our opportunities leading to simplify our lives.

In everyday life, the choices overwhelm us. One of the best things to do is to increase its demands to eliminate choices that do not fit into our framework.

do less but do better.

Work less but work better. Refine

taste.

Improve your skills.

Transforming hours we invested in expertise that is distilled.

And one of the key ingredients in this recipe is a conscious choice. Choose the best. Go to the simplest. Voluntarily dismiss complicated.

Less is more: focus on the essential

Hetero Shota Straight

"I can be at peace with the same problems when I work actively to overcome them. I have nothing to gain out my paraphernalia of war and to fight internally against what is not in keeping with my personality. The more I let myself be achieved by irritating the more I weave these links derniers.Aujourd 'Today, I preserve my energy by adopting a relaxed attitude. Like the river, I slip around obstacles fluidly, without me hanging. "
A wonderful day to you! Marie Pier Charron
